About Disha Pursuit of Radiance

Disha Pursuit of Radiance is a mid-sized gated community by Disha Habitat in Varthur, East Bengaluru, next to Prestige Lakeside Habitat on Balagere Main Road. It was first marketed as Codename Radiance and took its final name at RERA registration, so both names mean the same project.

It has 336 homes in four 21-floor towers on about 4.8 acres. There are only four homes on each floor, so you share your floor with just three neighbours.

Homes are 2 BHK (about 1,278 Sq.Ft.), 3 BHK (about 1,586 and 1,810 Sq.Ft.) and 4 BHK (about 2,109 Sq.Ft.). Prices start at about ₹1.41 Cr for a 2 BHK.

About 62 to 65% of what you pay for is carpet area, the usable space inside your walls. That is a fair share, so homes feel larger than many projects in the same price range.

At the centre is The Radiance Club, about 16,600 Sq.Ft., joined to the towers by a glass skybridge. It has a rooftop deck, a pool with an aqua gym and a gym, and outside there is a mini forest trail, cricket nets and a pet park.

Varthur sits between Whitefield and Sarjapur Road, close to Varthur Lake and the ORR tech parks. Balagere Main Road is about 12 metres wide today and is planned to be widened to 24 metres. The RERA number and timeline are in the RERA section below.
