About Arvind Orchards

Arvind Orchards is a gated villa plot community by Arvind SmartSpaces at Vishwanathapura, on the Devanahalli to Doddaballapur road in North Bengaluru. It has 383 plots across about 30 acres in two phases, and Kempegowda International Airport is about 30 minutes away.

The idea is a home among fruit trees. Every plot comes with its own fruit tree, and shared orchards of mango, avocado, pomelo, pomegranate, jamun and chikoo run through the centre of the community.

A villa plot means you buy the land and build your own house on it, in your own design and at your own pace. Plots come in 30×40 (1,200 Sq.Ft.), 30×50 (1,500 Sq.Ft.), 30×60 (1,800 Sq.Ft.) and larger 40×60 (2,400 Sq.Ft.) sizes, with prices from about ₹1.29 Cr.

The current offer is a 20:80 payment plan. You pay 20% to book and the remaining 80% later, which keeps your upfront cost low while the layout is being built.

The layout keeps plots to about 46% of the land, and the rest goes to roads, 7 parks and civic areas. The Club Orchard clubhouse has a pool, gym, spa, mini theatre, cafe and guest rooms, with futsal, net cricket and a jogging track outside.
