About Godrej Epoque

Godrej Epoque is a luxury residential project by Godrej Properties in Neopolis, Kokapet, the new planned high-rise district on Hyderabad’s western side. It is Godrej’s first project in Neopolis and one of the tallest residential developments in the city, with two Art Deco towers rising side by side and joined high above the ground by a sky bridge.

The project is built only for families who want large homes. Every apartment is a 3 BHK or a 4 BHK, and even the smallest home, the 3 BHK Premium, is close to 2,000 Sq.Ft. The 3 BHK Luxe and 3 BHK Grande add more space and bigger living areas, while the 4 BHK Grande homes are sized for large and multi-generational families. Each floor has only eight or ten homes, so lobbies stay calm despite the height.

Life at Godrej Epoque is designed around its amenities. The Sky Retreat at the top of the towers brings together a rooftop barbecue deck, a walking and jogging loop, a yoga lounge, a café and a library, all with views across the city and Gandipet Lake. Godrej Epoque payment plan

Construction Linked Plan. You pay in stages as the building goes up, so the full price is not due on day one. Each instalment falls due only when the developer finishes a construction stage, and the exact schedule is written into your agreement for sale.

At booking. Pay the booking amount, then sign and register the agreement for sale. Stamp duty and registration are paid at this stage.
During construction. Instalments are linked to stages such as the foundation and each floor slab. With a home loan, the bank pays these stages directly to the developer.
At possession (20 August 2031). The last instalment is paid when the building is complete, along with the maintenance deposit and other one-time charges.
