Embassy Group is set to launch a new residential development project on National Highway 648 (NH-648), off Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project, currently in the design development stage, is expected to be launched in FY2027.
Spanning 17.8 acres of prime land, the upcoming development will feature an estimated saleable area of approximately 1.6 million sq. ft. The plan includes eight to nine residential towers with configurations ranging from G+19 to G+27 floors, catering to modern urban housing demand in East Bengaluru.
The project’s location near Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing micro-markets, ensures strong connectivity via NH-648 and proximity to employment hubs, IT corridors, and upcoming infrastructure projects such as Metro Phase 2 and the Peripheral Ring Road (PRR).
While specific details on unit types, configurations, and pricing are yet to be finalized, the Embassy project is expected to continue the developer’s focus on premium residential design, sustainable development, and community-driven amenities.
With Whitefield emerging as a major residential and commercial hub, the upcoming Embassy residential project off NH-648 is likely to attract both end-users and investors seeking long-term value in Bengaluru’s real estate market.
In addition, Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Astra are upcoming residential projects by Embassy Group in North Bengaluru, further expanding the developer’s footprint in the city.
