In a fresh move to expand its presence in East Bengaluru’s real estate scene, Prestige Group has put forward new plans for its flagship township, The Prestige City, located on Sarjapur Road. The upcoming phase will feature two new residential clusters—Prestige Eaton Park and Prestige Fernvale—which are set to add more housing options inside this already massive integrated community. With approvals in progress, these additions signal Prestige’s intent to keep building on the popularity of the township.
Prestige Fernvale, consist of two towers, with 27 and 28 floors respectively, housing a total of 387 apartments. Positioned near Avalon Park inside The Prestige City, Fernvale is likely to have internal access via Eternity Drive and proximity to Valagere Kallahalli Road. There’s also a reference to a future 45-meter CDP road, which could offer further connectivity enhancements for the community.
Similarly, Prestige Eaton Park has also been proposed as part of this next phase. According to initial plans, the development will include four towers:
- Tower A: 3 Basements + Ground + 31 Floors
- Tower B: 3 Basements + Ground + 31 Floors
- Tower C: 2 Basements + Ground + 30 Floors
- Tower D: 2 Basements + Ground + 30 Floors
With a total of 362 units, Eaton Park will be designed by RSP, a reputed architecture firm known for crafting high-rise urban housing.
Both Fernvale and Eaton Park will join the growing list of developments within The Prestige City, which already includes:
- Great Acres @ The Prestige City, Sarjapura Road
- Avalon Park @ The Prestige City, Yamare Village
- Eden Park @ The Prestige City, Yamare Village
- Aston Park @ The Prestige City, Yamare Village
- Aspen Greens @ The Prestige City, Yamare Village
- Meridian Park @ The Prestige City, Yamare Village
Each of these clusters has contributed to the township’s growing reputation as one of Sarjapur’s most comprehensive residential addresses.
