Prestige Group has proposed the Phase 2 development of its landmark project – Prestige Southern Star, located at DLF Westend Avenue, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru. The upcoming phase will feature four residential towers designed with modern architecture and premium specifications.
The proposed structures include Towers A, B, and C with 4 Basements + Ground + 27 Floors reaching a height of 86 metres, and Tower D with 2 Basements + Ground + 25 Floors, standing 80 metres tall.
This expansion reinforces Prestige’s strong presence in South Bengaluru, adding to the demand in Akshayanagar — a fast-evolving residential hub close to Bannerghatta Road and NICE Corridor. Prestige Southern Star – Phase 2 aims to offer luxury living spaces with upgraded amenities and superior design standards, continuing the legacy of the developer’s excellence in high-rise living.
